Nothing is more important than the safety, health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities. We continue to pay close attention to the recommendations made by the Centers for Disease Control and the state and local health officials.

 

Limited Lobby Access

In an effort to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Health experts are strongly advocating for social distancing. To protect you and our employees and to prevent the spread of (COVID-19) we are suspending our regular lobby hours effective March 18, 2020, until further notice. We will continue to serve our customers using the banks drive-up window.

 

  • We strongly encourage you to use our Telephone Banking (319-448-4645), Online Banking and Mobile Banking applications for your convenience whenever possible. If you currently don’t have our telephone banking or internet banking setup, or need help to access mobile banking, please call the bank for assistance in getting these products set up.
  • For easy access to your cash needs with no surcharge, please visit one of our Walker State Bank owned ATM's, or any ATM that exhibits the Pink and White Privileged Status Symbol.
  • Whenever possible we also encourage you to use your debit card or credit card in lieu of cash. This prevents the potential transfer of the virus through using the traditional cash and coin transactions.
  • To visit with our Loan Officers or meet with a Customer Service Representative, to open an account or access your safety deposit box, please call 319-448-4317 to schedule an appointment.
